1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Sollucio Partners Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). We are registered in Washington State, USA and have our registered office at 1760 NW 56th St, #107, Seattle, WA 98107. By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. 5. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least 20 days before initiating arbitration.
If informal negotiations do not resolve the dispute, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in King County, Washington, USA. The arbitration shall be conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the USA, and you irrevocably consent that the courts of King County, Washington, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute related to these terms.
